Bret Schleissing, P.E.

Bret works in Lerch Bates’ Tampa office and provides forensic consulting and design services. Bret has ten years of experience in structural design and forensic evaluations. His experience as a structural designer made him familiar with many aspects of the design and construction process, such as budget, schedule, scopes involving multiple disciplines, and construction feasibility.

Bret’s current role at Lerch Bates is to provide forensic consulting services, engineering analysis, storm damage assessments, water/fire damage assessments, building envelope evaluations, structural evaluations, and technical evaluations for insurance and expert witness projects.
