About Michelle

With 20 years of industry experience, Michelle manages the enclosure design and rehabilitation services at Lerch Bates nationally. She has provided services for a diverse client base on a wide variety of building enclosure system related projects. The contents of Michelle’s professional portfolio range from rehabilitation of existing buildings to new construction, with a significant emphasis on long term performance and maintenance of an asset, or collection of assets. Her primary responsibilities include team leadership, integrated project leadership and management, design and design assist consultation services, plan and specification review, quality assurance, and diagnostics on both new and rehabilitation construction projects.

Michelle expands her influence at Lerch Bates by consulting on budget projections, capital planning, asset management, maintenance and life cycle planning, contract preparation, negotiation, bidding, permitting, city submissions, product evaluation, and a multitude of supplementary leadership and management functions.
