Brian Boden

Brian Boden began working for Lerch Bates in 2020. He is currently overseeing our market development opportunities in Texas, supporting our Houston and Dallas offices. Brian comes to Lerch Bates with over 35 years of Elevator Industry experience at Otis and ThyssenKrupp Elevator. He started in the mailroom at Otis and worked his way up the organization. Brian had numerous positions in the existing building and new design sectors of the business. Over the course of his career, he has supported his clients through new installation, modernization, and elevator service engagements. Brian has held many roles within the elevator industry prior to joining Lerch Bates. His most recent role was for ThyssenKrupp Elevator as National Director, New Equipment.

• Understanding client needs related to installation, maintenance, and modernization of vertical transportation equipment
• Maximizing performance, life expectancy, safety, and code compliance for elevators, escalators, and moving walkways
• Evaluation of total life-cycle costs for elevator equipment to help clients make informed decisions
• Meet and introduce all Lerch Bates services to clients and potential clients or all given lines of business
• in the service area
• Review active projects to ensure client satisfaction, quality, timeliness of delivery and ensure client satisfaction
• Build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives
