Palmetto Middle School

The project consists of an approximate 161,900 SF, 2-story middle school which will be built in two phases to accommodate demolition of the existing facilities without disrupting the school’s calendar year. The building envelope will be composed of metal composite material wall panels, storefront and curtain wall systems, brick and stone masonry, EIFS, and TPO roofing.

Lerch Bates was retained by Harper Corporation to provide a Technical Peer Review at 100% CD Phase.
