2019 – Walmart Home Office Campus – Vertical Transportation Consulting Services for 67 elevators at the new 350-acre Walmart Home Campus in Bentonville, AR. Walmart’s new campus will consist of central utility plants, parking garages, office buildings and business support/amenity buildings. Lerch Bates provided Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding & Negotiation assistance and Construction Administration.
2024 – Electronic leak detection at the Walmart campus parking deck and the fitness building. Lerch Bates provided Maintenance Management Services to Walmart for 248 units.
