Lerch Bates observed the remnants of an industrial warehouse facility in Alliance, NE following a fire. The warehouse consisted of three separate wings, one of which was completely combusted, and one metal wing that was severely damaged. Lerch Bates observed the site to gather information about the extent of damage to prepare a cost estimate for repairs. Lerch Bates determined that the building was a total loss, allowing our client, Traveler’s Insurance to process a timely and accurate claim.
