A multifamily development in Colorado with 32 separate duplexes experienced a significant hailstorm, damaging roofs, window frames, and downspouts. Lerch Bates assisted the insurance carrier in assessing the full extent of storm-related damage. Lerch Bates then developed an organized reporting method to clarify and quantify the damage to each of the individual buildings into one concise report to help facilitate timely claim resolution.
