Wyoming School District Property Loss Assessment Project

Lerch Bates surveyed the 19-building inventory of a Wyoming school district following a hail claim. Lerch Bates assessed the damage to the roof and facades to help determine the costs of necessary repairs. Of the 19 buildings, Lerch Bates determined that six would require repairs to maintain building performance and provided detailed cost estimates for the roofs & facades of those buildings.
