Toll Road Hurricane Damage Assessment Project

Lerch Bates assessed conditions of an in-progress roadway project in Texas following damage caused by Hurricane Harvey. The purpose of this assessment and accompanying documentation was to assist in determining whether it was safe to continue construction. Flooding from the hurricane-impacted the structural integrity of the roadway, washing away soil foundations and embankments that required re-grading. Lerch Bates documentation of the damage provided information to the team to complete repairs and continue work to finish the project.
