Embracing a unique building typology, The Lakes at Techridge in Austin, TX utilizes standard industrial buildings with enhanced facades and interiors.   The lineal building’s scale is reduced by the breezeways that bisect the buildings.  The exterior facade features large aluminum screens that are supported by a secondary structure so the shading effect will help cool the facade during peak sun exposure.
