McCarthy began construction in early 2018 on 9,360 SM of renovations and 2,222 SM of additions. Work on the building was phased and portions remained occupied during construction.

Lerch Bates’ services include Design Phase Technical Plan and Specifications Reviews, Shop Drawing & Submittals Reviews, On-Site Quality Assurance Observations, and ASTM E783 and E1105 Air and Water Performance Testing.
