Henry Wehlage

Henry joined Lerch Bates in 2021 and works both nationally and locally in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota on many project types including Commercial, Higher Education, Mid- Rise Residential, Mid-Rise Office, Remote, Health Care, and Sports Complexes. Henry has experience with fenestration performance testing, field review of installed building enclosure systems, forensic leak investigation, adhesion testing of various roofing and wall materials, whole building air leakage testing, RH content testing in concrete slabs, air leakage site detection, and horizontal waterproofing flood test review.

During his spare time, Henry enjoys fishing, golfing, and maintaining his family cabin located in northern Minnesota.
