Ethan has more than 9 years of architectural experience in forensic building enclosure investigations, building component and system diagnostics, field testing and evaluation, property condition assessments, and repair design. His technical expertise has provided clients with building enclosure evaluation and repair solutions for a wide array of building material types—including brick masonry, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, fiber cement panels, exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), and stucco. Ethan is also well versed in a variety of roofing and waterproofing consultation services. Ethan has also produced construction documents and provided construction administration services for repair projects, including mid- and high-rise structures, commercial buildings, and residential complexes.
