Bryan Wheeler

Bryan Wheeler, Vice President of Market Development, began working for Lerch Bates in 2021 as Director of Existing Buildings for the West Area. Today, Bryan leads our Market Development team in the West for all disciplines at Lerch Bates. Bryan provides vertical transportation insight and advice to our clients throughout the West. He also collaborates closely with our consultants on all sizes of projects. Before joining Lerch Bates, Bryan spent over 23 years working on the elevator contractor side of the vertical transportation industry. There Bryan spent time in all aspects of the business from Service, Modernization and New Installation Sales to Operations Leadership, Sales Manager, and other Branch and Region leadership roles. Most recently he was a Region President for one of the major elevator and escalator manufacturer and global service provider.
