Ken Groll

Ken joined Lerch Bates in 2025 and works in Lerch Bates’s Nashville office providing Vertical Transportation consulting. Ken is responsible for providing oversight of new installation planning and design, maintenance management, modernization management, and project management activities withing the Nashville office. Prior to joining Lerch Bates, Ken has held various roles within the industry in new construction and modernization operations, maintenance management, and general management. Prior to working in the elevator industry, Ken has experience in healthcare construction with a specialization in pharmacies, operating rooms, and cancer and blood diseases institutes.
