Kelsey Barker has been with Lerch Bates since 2025, working in our West Region providing elevator consulting services for modernization work, maintenance audit work, and due diligence services. Kelsey has been in the elevator trade for over 6 years. Prior to coming to work for Lerch Bates, Ms. Barker worked for Mitsubishi Electric as a Project Manager focusing on modernization and new construction in San Francisco.
