Christine is responsible for providing maintenance audits and modernization management of assets for clients within the Tennessee area. Prelude to Lerch Bates consulting services, Christine cultivated portfolio solutions through various positions within the industry in asset management, modernization repairs and full replacements, new construction design, project management, supply chain and logistics, installation tooling, and maintenance management.
