Sam Laudati joined Lerch Bates as a Consultant in the Elevator Consulting Group, in the Boston office in 2018. Sam joined the international consulting firm for 垂直运输, 外壳评估, and materials management with over five (5) years of leadership and sales experience in the elevator industry across all platforms; service, 现代化 and new installations. Sam previously served as a New Equipment Account Manager for Otis Elevator Corporation in the Greater Boston area and a Service/Modernization Account Manager for Otis Elevator Corporation in Rhode Island and Western MA. Prior to the elevator industry, Sam worked in commercial and residential construction in New Hampshire. Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in Communications, Business and English.
