In late 2018, Lerch Bates sold the Inspection Services line of business, and Gus was retained to serve as a Project Manager, Elevator Consulting Group. His current role involves project organization from proposal to deliverable and supporting our existing building consultants with 现代化 and maintenance specifications, maintenance audits, building acquisition services and serving as primary intermediary between client and consultant to ensure Class A level of responsiveness.
