Sam Laudati joined Lerch Bates as a Consultant in the Elevator Consulting Group, in the Boston office in 2018. Sam joined the international consulting firm for vertical transportation, enclosure evaluation, and materials management with over five (5) years of leadership and sales experience in the elevator industry across all platforms; service, modernization and new
installations. Sam previously served as a New Equipment Account Manager for Otis Elevator Corporation in the Greater Boston area and a Service/Modernization Account Manager for
Otis Elevator Corporation in Rhode Island and Western MA. Prior to the elevator industry, Sam worked in commercial and residential construction in New Hampshire. Sam earned a
Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in Communications, Business and English.
