The company shared it recently acquired BECS, Building Envelope Consultants and Scientists, a leading provider of building enclosure consulting services headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Acquiring BECS allows Lerch Bates to expand its Building Science offering by adding new office in Baltimore, Md.; Charlotte, N.C.; Fairfax, Va.; Jacksonville, Fla.; Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Pittsburgh, Pa.; Raleigh, N.C.; and Wilmington, N.C.

In addition to the acquisition of BECS, Rupe announced the official launch of a Parking Circulation practice, rounding out the firm’s robust 建筑流程 group, which began in 1947 when the firm was founded as an elevator consultant.
