Get to Know LB Europe Technical Director Greg Harris

Meet 格雷格·哈里斯, Technical Director of Lerch Bates Europe, who has more than 53 years of experience in the lift industry. Harris’ experience in the industry reaches far and wide across every sector of 垂直运输. 

Based in the Leicester, Greg joined Lerch Bates in 2006 after more than 35 years of previous vertical transportation experience. Beginning his career as an apprentice in 1971, Harris worked his way through the lift industry and held several leadership roles prior to joining the team at Lerch Bates. In his previous roles, Greg was responsible for an array of tasks from electrical design, technical support to managing national maintenance contracts. 

 Today, Greg’s work as Technical Director includes: 

• • Expert witness support 
  • Technical training and support for fellow consultants 
  • All aspects of vertical transportation projects
  • Managing a number major lift projects

Greg’s extensive technical knowledge can be seen in everything he does with Lerch Bates. Recently, Greg has completed a major modernisation project at Barclays Bank Headquarters in Canary Wharf London.
