Michelle Flannery is based in Lerch Bates’s Boston office and specializes in vertical transportation consulting for new construction and modernization projects. With over 20 years of experience in the elevator industry, she has held positions as a Dedicated Project Manager in new construction, Senior Sales Consultant, and Project Manager in elevator modernizations. Michelle brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to working with architects, developers, building owners, and general contractors. She is recognized for her ability to understand a client’s vision and bring it to life through thoughtful planning, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
