Lerch Bates observed a multifamily development after an arson damaged five of the townhome buildings under construction. Lerch Bates was retained by Hanover Insurance Group to develop a cost estimate for repairs to the structure and framing.

Lerch Bates assisted the client to achieve the goals of repairing and maintaining the salvageable materials and mitigating the smell and other signs of fire to give potential homebuyers peace of mind when purchasing the townhomes after construction was completed.
