Lerch Bates would like to introduce Hugh Hornsby, Senior Consultant, based in our Atlanta office. With more than 15 years of vertical transportation industry experience, Hugh brings a wealth of expertise to his elevator and escalator consulting services.
Hugh began his career in the elevator industry in Tennessee with Thyssenkrupp Elevators (TKE), where he gained experience in construction, account management, and modernization. In his time at TKE, Hugh accumulated an impressive portfolio of projects, notably, an elevator modernization project for the Bank of America Plaza, the tallest building in Georgia.
Hugh’s first introduction to Lerch Bates came during his time as a Modernization Specialist, where he admired our client-first approach and collaborative culture while working with Team LB member Garrett Brown. Inspired by those values, he officially joined Lerch Bates in January 2025.
