Lerch Bates Expands In Florida

Lerch Bates’s project portfolio in Florida experienced significant growth in the last five years with exciting new partnerships and the addition of ciencia de la construcción team members in the area. To support this growth, we are excited to announce Carl Falle, Senior Consultant, has transitioned to Miami.  

Carl previously served LB in the Northeast for several years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise with his move. His extensive background in consulting and management will be invaluable as he serves clients and projects in the vibrant Miami area. 

Lerch Bates announced its acquisition of BECS, a company renowned for its specialization in Building Enclosure consulting services, in early 2025, expanding its existing Jacksonville location with a new office of dedicated Building Science technical experts. The integration of BECS into LB’s Jacksonville team pairs LB’s renowned Flujo de construcción experts with BECS’s Building Science experts to deliver Total Building Performance to clients across the state with one integrated team.
