Lerch Bates 2025 Forum Donation

Community, one of LB’s five core values, is a pillar of everything we do both inside and outside of the office, and even on the road. When roughly 300 employee-owners gathered in Colorado Springs for our semi-annual Forum recently, we hosted a team building event that included 30+ boxes of Legos for a STEM challenge. To support the local community and give a second life to the Legos, Lerch Bates donated the extras as well as $2,500 to the Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region.

This chapter of the Boys & Girls Club has served their community since 1888 and is the oldest Club west of the Mississippi River. They host two after school youth development programs as well as two before & after school childcare programs in the Pikes Peak Region, with a reach of approximately 1,300 youth.

Lerch Bates had an amazing time in Colorado Springs for our 2025 Forum and we are so happy that we were able to hand deliver our donation to Jrace Walker (Rider), Executive Vice President, of the Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak region at the event to help support their educational efforts in the local community.
