Lori Berman is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with over 25 years of specialized experience leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

At Lerch Bates, Lori manages multiple concurrent projects within the Building Flow Group, overseeing client communications, contract administration, risk mitigation, and project documentation. She is passionate about process improvement and adept at leveraging tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Salesforce CRM to drive efficiency and project success.

Lori is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Project Management at Colorado State University Global and maintains an active membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American Association of Notaries. Her commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence makes her a valued asset to every team she supports.
