The Capitol Square Rehabilitation and Expansion project in Cheyenne, WY consists of a rehabilitation/restoration of the capitol building, a replacement CUP, remodeling and expansion of the connecting tunnel, and remodeling and expansion of the adjacent Herschler Building. The Herschler Building will be enclosed in over 300 pre-fabricated wall panels that are shipped to the project site with windows already installed. A significant quality assurance and field testing program has been implemented to help overcome the challenge of installing panels that were manufactured and shipped internationally prior to installation.
