A distinct new five-story residential project in an established Clinton Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn.  The facade features lineal insulated metal panel rain screen cladding, high-performance windows and terrace doors, perforated aluminium handrails, and a perforated copper screen with operable openings.  The perforated screen is a digitally enhanced image of the Brooklyn Bridge in abstract.
