Eric Rupe Named Internal Executive Board Director

Lerch Bates is pleased to announce Eric Rupe was recently named an internal Executive Board Director for Lerch Bates Inc. As President for all of Lerch Bates Inc., his contributions to our Board of Directors will be invaluable in representing the interests of our ESOP participants, our employee-owners.  The Lerch Bates Inc. Board is comprised by a majority of fully independent external Board Directors. As an internal Director, Eric will provide his knowledge and familiarity with all client services in our Enclosures & Structures, Forensics, Vertical Transportation and Logistics business units. Since relocating to Colorado in 2019 to work out of the Global Support Center, Eric has been guiding and supporting the profitable expansion of Lerch Bates. His knowledge of and curiosity about the global Architectural Design, Construction and Existing Building elements of the built environment has developed and been honed over Eric’s more than 30 years of experience. Congratulations to Eric on this important role in support of Lerch Bates’ continued success in the building industry.
