Rick Bonds

Rick Bonds, VP – Market Development, Central, began working for Lerch Bates in 2023 and is currently leading all Sales & Market Development activities for the Central US. In this role he provides vertical transportation insight and advice to our clients throughout the Central US. He also collaborates closely with our consultants across all disciplines. Before joining Lerch Bates, Rick spent over 15 years working on the elevator contractor side of the vertical transportation industry. There Rick spent time in various aspects of the business from Service & Repairs Sales Roles, Branch P&L Management, National Technical Sales support and as a National Accounts Manager. Most recently he was Director – Strategic / National Accounts for one of the global elevator and escalator manufacturer and service providers.
