About Charlie

Charlie Geist is the Regional Managing Director for the Chicago Region of Lerch Bates. In addition to managing the consultants that work in the Chicago region, he also provides vertical transportation design and analysis. Prior to joining Lerch Bates Charlie worked for KONE Elevator and Escalator as a Senior Sales Consultant and Account Manager for the Chicagoland area. Charlie was responsible for maintaining over 500+ customer relationships. Charlie’s dynamic background in sales and service has propelled him to be able to facilitate (new and existing) contracts for Installations, Modernizations, Repairs, and Maintenance contracts.
