Garrett Brown has been in the elevator industry providing service and modernization of elevators since 2007. He began working for Lerch Bates in 2013 as a consultant; but quickly received promotions to become the Atlanta Regional Manager. Garrett provides vertical transportation analysis, design, and project management for new installations, modernisations, and maintenance management. He supports all consultants and clients within his region which includes Alabama, Georgia, and the Carolina’s.
Project Responsibilities
As Regional Manager, Mr. Brown is responsible for the following functions:
- Vertical Transportation System Studies and Life Cycle Review
- Design, Contract Documents, and Construction Management Services for the Vertical Transportation
- Vertical Transportation Maintenance Evaluations
- Due Diligence / Pre-Purchase Studies
- Elevator Contractor and System Problem Resolution
- Employee Management and Office P&L Responsibilities
