Ben Graham

Ben Graham, Project Manager, New Development joined Lerch Bates Europe Ltd in 2024 with 5 years consulting experience. As a Senior Project Engineer, he has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams on many prestigious projects in Europe and the Middle East. Ben is competent in all aspects of vertical transportation design of new buildings, from initial Traffic Analysis through to final Acceptance Inspections, in all sectors, including commercial, residential, hotel, retail, transport, data centers and more. His roles have required a close working relationship with some of the highest profile architects in the world, together with the wider design team, in order to provide a robust and compliant vertical transportation strategy which met the clients’ requirements.

Previously, Ben worked for Mitsubishi Electric Europe (Lift and Escalator Division) as a design engineer, gaining vital experience as a contractor. Ben has also worked as a consultant in London for an International VT consultancy practice, primarily providing technical support in maintenance management and life cycle planning for some major clients with large property portfolios.
