Ken Dietz joined Lerch Bates in 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Vertical Transportation Industry. He began working in the industry at Otis Elevator Company Law Department after earning his Juris Doctor from Western New England University and his B.A. from Norwich University in Vermont. Ken has extensive experience in the construction industry including work in elevator modernization and construction in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He has served as Project Superintendent and Project Manager on several high-profile projects including the Las Vegas City Center Casino, McCarran Airport Terminal 3 and the Project Linq. Ken currently leads the Lerch Bates Western Area where his team performs Maintenance and Modernization for clients from St. Louis to Hawaii. His team also provides Architectural Design consulting services for projects around the world.
