Eric J. Tragash, Regional Manager, joined Lerch Bates in 2016. Eric leads the Lerch Bates North Atlantic Region including the Boston and Philadelphia Offices providing all facets of vertical transportation consulting services for service, repair, modernization and new construction. As Regional Manager, Eric is responsible for P&L, planning, goal setting and all facets of office operations for the North Atlantic Region. Eric began his career in the elevator industry in 1992, working for elevator contractors such as Montgomery/Kone and Payne/ThyssenKrupp for nearly ten years, he later joined Motion Control Engineering (MCE) as their Northeast Regional Manager, then worked for an international elevator consulting firm for thirteen years in the New England market. Eric’s resume includes consulting on many projects with Ivy League Universities, transit facilities, residential properties, world renowned healthcare facilities such as Dana Farber and Hahnemann Hospital and prestigious commercial properties like One and Two International Place, 1 Financial Center in Boston, FMC Tower and Science Park in Philadelphia, respectively.
