As the Managing Director of Enclosures & Structures in Colorado, Stefani oversees Lerch Bates’ construction administration and major renovation projects and manages the daily operations of the group. With an agile approach, Stefani strategically leads teams that are organized and adaptable to accommodate the ever-changing needs of clients. Her storied experience in hospitality, retail, and commercial environments, characterized by projects of high-density, lifestyle centers, and urban development, provides a fantastic background for her success. Professionally, her greatest strengths are her capacity to innovate and strategically develop and refine operational processes. Paired with her loyalty and dedication, Stefani is a service-oriented leader. Stefani is inspired by her environment, whether that be her hometown of Chicago or the striking backdrop of Colorado where she resides.
