Richard Berry, AIA, LEED AP, BECxP

Richard graduated from Vermont Technical College in 1996 and Roger Williams University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. After 24 years in the building industry, Richard has joined BECS’ Myrtle Beach office as a Sr. Project Manager servicing the Carolinas. Richard is a determined, dependable, and dedicated professional. He brings an ambition to provide clients with forensic evaluations and restoration recommendations, facility design performance, constructability reviews, and asset maintenance and improvement program management planning.  

With prior roles in design, ownership, and construction contracting, Richard brings a robust and comprehensive skillset to his new role with the firm. Richard is involved within the community he shares, volunteering for the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club and the Myrtle Beach Fire Department, and a member of the City of Myrtle Beach Boards, Commissions, and Committees.
