Paul Schmid, Regional Managing Director, is currently working in the Lerch Bates Nashville office providing oversight for horizontal and vertical transportation design, analysis, and project management for new installations, modernization, and maintenance management. Previously, Paul Schmid worked in the elevator industry for over 15 years in multiple roles as a Field Technician, Service and Modernization Adjuster, Branch Manager, and General Manager for a regional independent elevator contractor.
