Mike Sullivan joined Lerch Bates in 2023 as a Consultant. Mike brings of 17.5 years of elevator industry experience to Lerch Bates Inc. Mike spent much of his career with Schindler Elevator Company, where he held a variety of positions including: General Manager and Service Superintendent. Mike has served as a P&L leader spearheading process and efficiency improvements leading to organic growth and increased EBITDA. Mike is passionate about building highly performing teams, including recruiting, developing, engaging, and motivating to new levels of success.

- Monitor and control project resources and provide direction of LB personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and are within budget. Meet or exceed financial goals
