About Kyle

Kyle began his career in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry in 2013 where he held various roles in Human Resources for a West Texas Architecture/Engineering firm. In 2016, Kyle shifted to the Building Enclosure Consulting industry and began focusing his efforts on Marketing, Business Development, and Sales.

At Lerch Bates, Kyle is responsible for furthering existing client relationships, developing new relationships, lead generation, client alignment (expectations, goals, scope, & budgets), and acting as a positive ambassador for the Lerch Bates brand. Kyle’s skillset and experience helps to bring people and ideas together to deliver effective solutions and results.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys fishing, kayaking, hunting, and spending time with his wife and two children.
