Jonathan Matthews

Jonathan recently joined Lerch Bates as a Senior Designer in the Texas office with over 20 years of experience in the Architectural design and construction industries with his latest experience focusing on roofing, building rehab and forensics. Jonathan also has in-depth knowledge and experience with CAD/BIM design, management, and standardization.

Previously, Jonathan worked for a local roofing and building science company where he was the CAD/BIM manager and senior designer.  In addition, Jonathan worked for Autodesk for five years as a technical support agent/manager for many Autodesk software platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit and many more. His specialties include production of construction repair and design documents for rehab projects, CAD standard management, administration, and technical support for Autodesk software products. He also served our country in the Army for over 15 years attaining the rank of sergeant prior to being honorably medically retired.

Jonathan enjoys spending tie with his wife and 3 boys, riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting, boating, traveling, and working on old cars.
