Gary Gilmore

As Director of Lerch Bates’ Roof Consulting Group in Texas, Gary is responsible for overseeing and executing roofing and building envelope design, contract document review, quality assurance observations and field performance testing services.  Gary has extensive experience working with Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and trade contractors assisting them in selecting and installing roofing and façade systems that are appropriate for their specific project needs when taking into consideration building code requirements, energy code requirements, building type, occupancy of the building, and cost constraints.

Prior to joining Lerch Bates, Gary served as a Project Manager Consultant for a large international consulting firm providing building envelope consulting services to building owners, architects, and general contractors. Gary has also worked in the commercial roof contracting market and roof material manufacturing as both a technical and warranty services rep for a leading roof material manufacturer.

In his free time, Gary enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, golf, bicycling, playing Bass guitar, good movies and helping those in need.
