About Charlie
Charlie Davis, Senior Consultant, brings 20 years of Vertical Transportation industry experience with him. He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Annapolis, Maryland office providing vertical transportation analysis and design for new and existing buildings. Previously, Charlie has worked for Schindler Elevator Corporation as a modernization field technician/adjustor and later as the Modernization Superintendent. Directly before joining Lerch Bates, Charlie was the Maryland Service Operations Manager at Otis Elevator Company.
