নিকোল মার্শ 2017 সালে সলিউশন টিমের জন্য প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজার হিসেবে Lerch Bates-এ যোগদান করেন এবং এখন একজন সহযোগী পরামর্শকের ভূমিকায় চলে গেছেন। নিকোল পরিচালনা করে লিফট আধুনিকীকরণ and day to day elevator maintenance management for Lerch Bates legacy clients. Nicole’s attention to detail and problem-solving abilities have allowed her to excel in ensuring client satisfaction in লিফট পরামর্শ. She takes pride in having strong relationships with both clients and elevator contractors working with both sides for quick and practical elevator problem resolutions. Prior to Lerch Bates, Nicole worked as a Civil Engineer where she designed and managed infrastructure projects and also has a background in structural engineering with experience in designing high voltage transmission lines and electrical substations. Nicole graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and dual minors in mathematics and management.
