Russia Wharf is a historic building located on Boston's Fort Point Channel. The building is being completely demolished and being replaced with a mixed use complex comprising office space, condominiums and a residence for Tufts University. The project involves 26 elevators. Lerch Bates was retained by the local architectural firm and long time Lerch Bates client, CBT Architects to perform full design and construction administration services .
