33 Arch Street is a 33 story class "A" office building located in Boston's financial district. The project comprises 12 passenger elevators and 1 service elevator, which were completed in 2002. The Congress Group Ventures retained the Lerch Bates Boston for full design and construction services, to work along with Elkus/Manfredi Architects for full design and construction services.
