In Progress. Oversee/Manage the preventive maintenance contract for approximately 350 pieces of vertical transportation equipment. Lerch Bates has a full time project manager assigned to this project, which involves full interaction with the MBTA and maintenance contractor. Overseeing daily maintenance schedules, scheduling repair tasks, verifying/approving work not covered by the maintenance contract and approving for payment all invoices submitted by the maintenance contractor. Implementing equipment modernizations and overseeing new installations are also performed.
