Joe Gibson, Regional Manager, began working for Lerch Bates in 2009. He is currently working in the Lerch Bates Denver, Colorado office providing vertical transportation analysis and design. Previously, Mr. Gibson worked for Otis Elevator Company as the Denver, Colorado Branch Modernization Manager, and has extensive experience in commercial and property management.
